Nach mehr als sechs Monaten Stagnation der Genfer Verhandlungen fand letzte Woche in Genf die sechste Verhandlungsrunde des syrischen Verfassungsausschusses statt. Die Hoffnung, dass sie in dieser Runde Ergebnisse erzielen w\u00fcrden, war gro\u00df. Wie ist diese Verhandlungsrunde zu bewerten? Was waren die Ergebnisse? Und was ist der Plan? Wie wird es weitergehen?\u00a0<\/p>

Eman Shahoud<\/strong><\/p>

Eman Shahoud ist Anw\u00e4ltin mit den Schwerpunkten Kriminal-, Zivil-, und Milit\u00e4rrecht. Nach 2003 arbeitete sie als Beraterin an Gerichten in Aleppo und Idlib. Sie ist Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied des unabh\u00e4ngigen syrischen Justizrats und Mitglied im obersten Justizkomitee, das f\u00fcr die Aufgaben der Justiz in den befreiten Gebieten zust\u00e4ndig war. Shahoud beteiligte sich an der Gr\u00fcndung des Syrischen Frauennetzwerks und engagierte sich zwei Jahre in dessen Koordinationskomitee. Au\u00dferdem ist sie Vorsitzende der Assoziation f\u00fcr Syrische Gefallene und aktives Mitglied in der International Association for Women Judges (IAWJ). Sie ist Mitglied des Syrischen Verfassungskomitees (Mittleres Drittel) und wurde in den Small Body des Verfassungskomitees berufen. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Anwar Majanni<\/strong><\/p>

Anwar Majanni erhielt 1996 seinen Bachelor in Rechtwissenschaften. In Syrien arbeitete er als Richter. Er ist Vorstandsvorsitzender der Association of Peace Justice and Documentation (APJD), rechtlicher Berater der Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) und der Assistance Coordination Unit (ACU). Anwar Majanni nahm an zahlreichen Konferenzen und Workshops, u.a. zu kommunalem Frieden, \u00dcbergangsgerechtigkeit und Verfassungsreform teil. Er unternimmt selbst wissenschaftliche Forschungsarbeiten zum syrischen Milit\u00e4rgericht, zum syrischen Zivilregister und zu Fragen des Grundeigentums in Syrien. Anwar Majanni ist Mitglied des Verfassungskomitees (Mittleres Drittel). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hawas Sadoun<\/strong><\/p>

Hawas Sadoun wurde in D\u00earik geboren und besitzt einen Masterabschluss in internationalen und diplomatischen Beziehungen. Er arbeitete f\u00fcr eine \u00d6lfirma in Rumailan. Seine politische Laufbahn begann 1995 als Mitglied der Kurdischen Demokratischen Fortschrittspartei in Syrien. Bis 2010 war er einer der f\u00fchrenden Personen der Studentenbewegung in Hasaka. W\u00e4hrend des kurdischen Aufstands 2004 in Qamischli wurde er von Kr\u00e4ften des Regimes inhaftiert. 2010 trat er der neu gegr\u00fcndeten Kurdischen Reformbewegung \u2013 Syrien bei und ist heute Mitglied ihres Exekutivb\u00fcros. Er war ein Vertreter des KNR im politischen Komitee von Etilaf und Mitglied der zweiten Konferenz in Riad des Syrischen Verhandlungskomitees. Derzeit ist er Leiter des Au\u00dfenkomitees des der Friedens- und Freiheitsfront. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
