<\/span>Europ\u00e4isches Zentrum f\u00fcr Kurdische Studien<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> organisiert Workshops mit Mitgliedern der syrischen politischen Opposition und der Zivilgesellschaft zu verfassungsrechtlichen Fragen durch. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Anl\u00e4sslich des 100. Jahrestages der ersten syrischen Verfassung besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns mit der Frage, wie Dezentralisierung Eingang in die verschiedenen syrischen Verfassungen gefunden hat bzw. mit Dezentralisierung in anderen Staaten der MENA-Region. Wie in den vergangenen Jahren werden auch an diesem Workshop Mitglieder des Syrischen Verfassungskomitees teilnehmen, pers\u00f6nlich oder online. Banking. Bis August 2019 war er Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Union of Medical Care and Relief (UOSSM). Dar\u00fcber hinaus engagierte er sich in den Bereichen Jugendhilfe, humanit\u00e4re Hilfe und Konfliktl\u00f6sung. Er half bei der Einf\u00fchrung der Ethischen Charta f\u00fcr syrische Medien, der Ethischen Charta f\u00fcr syrische humanit\u00e4re Organisationen und der Organisation Bokra Ahla. Seit 2008 ist sie Co-Direktorin des Instituts f\u00fcr F\u00f6deralismus und leitet dessen internationalen Bereich. Sie ist Mitglied der Direktion des Schweizerischen Kompetenzzentrums f\u00fcr Menschenrechte und zust\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr institutionelle Fragen. Eva Maria Belser forscht und lehrt zu den Themen Schweizer und Vergleichendes Verfassungsrecht, F\u00f6deralismus und Dezentralisierung, Nationale und Internationale Menschenrechte, Minderheitenrechte, Demokratie, und Internationale Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Eva Savelsberg arbeitet wissenschaftlich zur kurdischen Thematik, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Syrien und dem Irak.
