Interview with Samer Fahad

Since 2011, youth in Syria become more and more engaged in politics. Being forced to leave their home country did not limit their engagement. Some of these young people continued their activism and engaged not only with politics in Syria but also with politics in the countries where they settled. Samer Fahad is one of them.

He is a young political activist, currently doing his Masters at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht. In this video, Samer is sharing his thoughts on the Syrian Constitutional Committee, its composition, and the political circumstances of the Committee’s formation. He also speaks about the idea of creating new governorates in Syria.
